Jondi & Spesh "Mysteries Of The Giant Squid" Released 15.04.02 Cat No.BLACK02
'Mysteries' represents an attempt to create an organic, fluid sound, simultaneously gripping and hypnotic. Despite the deep harmonies, attention never wavers from every captivating beat. The AA 'Toltec' is a reverberating cut that uses an array of expertly laid sounds of the most unusual nature and pulsating rhythms to conjure a sound that allies it perfectly with what has gone before on black, and what's to come. These are two hypnotic, deep cuts which pull off the feat of being both dark and sustaining a rich groove. Since collaborating as a production duo for the first time in 1994, Jondi & Spesh have developed their own blend of all things musical. They have steadily grown on America's West Coast underground to the superb position they hold today, establishing themselves in the world of production and going far beyond.

Crystal Method "Tweekend Album Sampler" Released 15.04.02 Cat No.TCM12722
In the four years since The Crystal Method released its debut album, Vegas, the members of the Los Angeles electronic music duo have barely had a moment to come up for air. Scott Kirkland and Ken Jordan spent two years on the road and then worked on the follow-up. The result of their efforts is called Tweekend, and it sets out to scramble what everyone thought they knew about The Crystal Method. This Double pack is a sampler for the forthcoming CD album and contains a sleuth of tracks that are not to be missed. Included amongst the 5 tracks are two astonishing mixes of the track You Know Its Hard (feat Scott Weiland of Stone Temple Pilots fame) by John Creamer and Stephane K and Koma & Bones. The 12 DP also contains 3 original tracks including the tough, breaks/rock of Name Of The Game (feat DJ Swamp) and the more dancefloor-orientated Roll It Up.The two mixes of You Know Its Hard have been gaining support from DJs as diverse as Pete Tong to Rennie Pilgrem. The Creamer & K mix is a dark New York style progressive number, following on from previous mixes such as Kosheen Hide You and Iio Rapture (both of which were UK Top 10 hits). The Koma & Bones mix is a tough nu-skool mix, from the current darlings of the nu-skool scene. Their mix is more flawless breaks that are doing the rounds with Adam Freeland and Rennie Pilgrem.

Wavestorm "Rock The Party" Released 15.04.02 Cat No.RECOVER013
After his brilliant remix of Jon Mutos 'Wrektum', Wavestorm bounces back with the excellent new track 'Rock the party'. Included in this package is a remix from Ozzie supermodel and superstar DJ Bexta. On the A side Bexta does an excellent job of improving an already enormous track: she adds a subtle 303 acid line and toughens up the groove while filtering the main riff and still keeping it as the main feature The original on the flip obviously focuses on that killer riff even if in a more subdued way together with the vocal samples and filtered basslines, still providing a full frontal hardtrance attack.
