Illogik & M Ramone "Make A Bassline" Released 20.8.01 Cat No.EM006
"Elasticman, now on its sixth release, has seen previous tracks championed by some of the biggest hard house names around, such as Lisa Lashes and The Tidy Boys. 'Make A Bassline' will certainly keep you rocking, with its superb blend of pumping basslines, tough percussion, throbbing synths and unrelenting hard, hoover sounds, whilst Ilogik takes the track in an even more ferocious, darker direction."

Slacker "Sound Of Slacker EP" Released 20.8.01 Cat No.JBOX001
"After a very long 3 years on the sidelines, due to a regrettable legal situation
with their last record deal, we see the most welcome return of Slacker.
Having been unable to release any original material in this time
(except for the limited release of Psychout) Slacker have been restricted
to remixes only, such as the amazing 'In The City' by Adamski,
Bedrock, Breeder and Junkie XL.
Now finally free of all legalities, their own Jukebox In The Sky is
properly launched with this excellent 'Sound Of Slacker EP'.
Featuring 4 totally original tracks, Slacker show their diversity and start
as they mean to go on. The E.P. goes from the almost French inspired, sax-driven
'Sound Of Slacker' to the progressive 'Musifon' and 'Fusion'
(featured on Sasha and Digweed's 'Cummunicate' CD) to the
funky 'Slack Man Sound'."

Nick Sentience & Phil Reynolds "Back 2 Front" Released 20.8.01 Cat No.NUKP0363
"The hard dance anthem of the year has now arrived in the shape of 'Back 2 Front', which is the monstrous follow up to the enormous '(Instru) Mental' Nick Sentience and Frantic front man Phil Reynolds as featured on the 'Frantic E.P.' The A side is an incredible builder, using hard bass, tough percussion and heart pounding stabs and hooks which carry this heavy weight track along at a colossal rate with a massive, energetic and uplifting breakdown. The main man Nick Sentience delivers a dub re-work on the flip, which is slower, but the tough tribal groove, funk and solid percussion which he delivers will make this remix just as deadly for the dancefloor."

E-Wok "Go Back" Released 20.8.01 Cat No.TIDY156T Cat No.TIDY156CD
"The trance monster that is 'Go Back', will supply all a DJ needs to bring a crowd to its knees where ever you play it. The remix honours on the first part of this release go to the legendary Mr Bishi, who delivers another superb, full on, off beat rocker, that compliments the original and takes this blistering record one step further. The CD format features the two mentioned mixes and a truly awesome Trauma mix, perfect for the harder floors." "Tidy release another trancey monster...London boys Mr Bishi give the track an acid feel with an element of retro, which is guaranteed to fire up the floor. Trauma seem to play on the trance theme making it a bit tougher and more European which might do the track good overseas...should send the floor into chaos when it's dropped!" JD 8 Wax

Astral Projection "Anything Is Possible" Released 20.8.01 Cat No.TRA064
"This 12" is the first in a new series called Transient Classics. The kings of melodic power trance return with this killer slice of action that had Paul Oakenfold running up to the booth and straining his neck over the decks to see what it was when John 00 Fleming played out in Las Vegas recently. On the flip is a storming new remix of their classic track, 'Another World'."

Graham Fee "System Overload" Released 20.8.01 Cat No.TELICA32
"A collaboration between up and coming LA producer and DJ Graham Fee and Telica's very own guru Pablo Gargano (fresh out of the studio after remixing 'Durango 95' for Duty Free and 'Riva' for FFRR.) This track starts with a subtle groove, but Pablo and Graham don't let Telica fans down as the rhythms progress into more filtered riffs and triggered vocal samples. Hhigh pitched stabs lift the track up to the next level when the whole compliment of rhythms and grooves kick in again....A massive building anthem, it borrows a rolling bassline reminiscent of classic 70's disco hits and turns it on its head: after all, dark and twisted basslines are one of Pablo's trademarks...."

Attitude "50'000 Watts" Released 20.8.01 Cat No.THM024
"'Attitude', is another tub-thumping, dancefloor destroying hard house cracker which is aimed solely at making your feet move and creating mayhem out in clubland. Listen to the stabs and samples and you will clearly hear that trademark Thumpers sound. '50000 Watts of Power', provides another devastating example of the Thumpers unique sound and is another illustration of why they are at the top of their game."

James Holroyd "Bite The Dog" Released 20.8.01 Cat No.VIS066
"James Holroyd is one of the most respected and sought after house DJs in Europe. He has already been entrusted with resident duties at two of the UK's best club nights: 'Back to Basics' in Leeds, where has been resident since 1991 and 'Bugged Out', Manchester, where the punters see the master slip from deep, funky house to techno without even batting an eyelid. Now the talented DJ has turned his hand to producing and created a four track E.P. of immense proportion. 'Work Me' grooves along at it's own pace with some rather nifty truncated slap bass action, and nagging synth stabs that'll keep the deeper floors moving, while 'Wake Up Call' is just that, and we know that James was trying to wake up all the ladies in the house when that bass line and loop are introduced. The title track comes on like a West Coast Hipp-e & Halo style groover touched up with swirling, aquatic soundscapes and bringing up the rear, is a sweet little number that finishes off a stunning E.P."

DJ Robert Feelgood "I Feel Good" Released 20.8.01 Cat No.MHM022
"Amato are proud to present the exclusive distribution of Mighty High Musique. The label consists of quality house music all the way. DJ Robert Feelgood gives us a quality laid-back groove with a hypnotic sexy vocal that is destined for dancefloor destruction. This definitely is the sound of the summer: Feelgood by name, feelgood by nature."

Disco Volante "Hold On" Released 20.8.01 Cat No.STS3
"This label is going from strength to strength: after the success of the massive Souverance track, (signed to Subliminal USA), comes Disco Volante. The first mix comes from Groove Collective, who brought us the Defected sounding 'Start It Over', which did exceptionally well worldwide. The original is a much tougher, more tribally houser, that won't disappoint. Subliminal, Defected and Azuli have all inquired about licensing 'Disco Volante."
