Thomas Bangalter & DJ Falcon
"So Much Love To Give"

Released 23.12.02
Cat No.TOGETHER2

Bigger than the biggest thing you've ever heard!!! A simple vocal hook, looped over and over to totally infect the nation.

"Already a Pacha anthem, it's the sound of two producers in total control of their studio filter kit. It's ridiculously simple: there's no verse, it's all chorus and it rides the same disco refrain for nigh-on 7 minutes, but if there's one song to unite clubbers from Space to Eden then this is it. BELIEVE THE HYPE!" (Muzik, October 2002)

Rasco
"The Jamm"

Released 23.12.02
Cat No.COPA026

From the Bay Areas creative cosmos to New York Citys smoke-filled ciphers, soulfather Rasco has forged a reputation as one of the most talented and reliable MCs in todays over saturated rap game. Since dropping his groundbreaking LP 1998s Time Waits For No Man, along with his follow up EP, 99s The Birth, Rasco has redefined West Coast independent hip-hop, winning over fans and critics alike with his raspy battle raps and articulate wordplay. The soulfather has dropped his second full length LP, Hostile Environment on Copasetik Recordings. One listen to 'Hostile Environment' and it's clear that this is Rascos most personal, credible and accessible work to date. With a variety of neck snapping beats and subtle grooves from the likes of Khalil (of Self Scientific), J Rawls (of Lone Catalysts) , and Protest (Time Waits For No Man). Taken from his Hostile Environment LP, The Jamm is the second single to be released following on from the excellent Thin Line. Here Rasco provides a variety of mixes which will appeal to the West Coast and East Coast fans alike.

Stephane K
"Numb"

Released 23.12.02
Cat No.SAW018

In addition to featuring as the opening track on Satoshi's Global Underground compilation, 'Numb' has also been receiving much attention from tastemaker DJs both locally and abroad. The demand for another mix has been high, to say the least, so for a Christmas bonus Saw decided to cross over into the world of break-beat and give you a mix from Kingsize UK's Meat Katie. In addition to a full-length album of his own material, Meat Katie also has a long line of productions on labels such as Kingsize, Blue Black and Bedrock. For Saw, he took his trademark break-beat style and mixed it with the darker and more foreboding sounds of Stephane K for a truly one of a kind break thats endlessly funky and packed with attitude. Meat Katie's mix features on the A-side of this re-release and for all those who were asleep earlier, your wish for a second chance at the original Eclipse mix is granted on the B.

Planet Heaven
"Where Are We Going"

Released 23.12.02
Cat No.3BTT67

3 Beat Music Ltd now into their 67th release and going from strength to strength. With a string of releases under his belt through Barracuda, Helix and of course 3 Beat Music Ltd, Planet Heaven goes from strength to strength with this, his next single. His trademark pounding beats, seriously heavy bass action and lush chords, all punctuated by sweeping effects and synth washes develops from a simple blend into a full on peaktime groove. On the B-Side he has opted for a slightly cooler feel, however this by no means drops the momentum. Full on party action all round, spaced over two sides and definitely maintaining the high quality weve come accustomed to from Planet Heaven. Karl Daniels (Planet Heaven) was Liverpool born and played bass in a funk band since his early teens. Having got into electronic dance music in the late 80s, he has produced across the board from drum & bass, through all forms of house and trance music. With previous Planet Heaven releases featuring on Paul Oakenfolds Cream Anthems along with a number of other compilations, Karls knack for knocking out quality releases certainly takes the world by storm each time. The track is Co-produced by Pezz of 3 Beat who also reviews for Muzik magazine.

Transa
"Nightstalker"

Released 23.12.02
Cat No.HK064

Described as 'massive electrofunk', this is the latest release from Transa (now touring worldwide) who in the past have produced such club monsters as 'Supernova', 'Enervate' and 'Prophase' on Hook and Perfecto. Nightstalker and Marcato are also featured on the debut double album from Transa, available through Amato now. It would be criminal to dispute the fact that brothers Brendan and Dave Webster are the cream of the trance crop when it comes to producing intelligent, innovative sounds. The duos discography is nothing short of spectacular and when support is rich from superstars like Paul Oakenfold, Nick Warren, Sasha and Digweed, you know somethings going right.
